Eaton EGR-5000-2B1HA1 - The EGR-5000 Generator Protection Relay from Eaton is a versatile microprocessor-based solution designed for generators of various sizes, ideal for both primary and backup protection in standby and cogeneration setups. It ensures comprehensive protection, control, monitoring, and metering. Noteworthy features include voltage-controlled and restrained three-phase overcurrent protection, phase-residual and independent ground overcurrent protection, breaker failure detection, voltage and frequency protection, power factor analysis, directional power and vars, loss of excitation and overexcitation protection. It comes with extensive metering capabilities for various electrical parameters. The relay is highly adaptable with programmable logic functions, multiple communication options like RS-485, Ethernet, and support for protocols such as Modbus-RTU, Modbus-TCP, and IEC-61850 - Eaton E-Series Protection Relay Devices now have a warranty extension of 10 years, superseding the previous warranty of 18 months - 8.7" x 9.72" x 8.06" (HxWxD)
