Nidec 8P400P1CS - General Purpose Three Phase, Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC) 841 PLUS® motor is designed for constant speed and inverter duty applications in various industries, including petro-chemical, pulp & paper, automotive, mining, and waste treatment. It features an INVERTER GRADE® insulation system that meets NEMA® MG-1 Part 31 standards, with Class F insulation and Class B rise at full load. The motor boasts an all cast iron construction with an IP55 enclosure, corrosion-resistant paint, and VBXX® bearing isolators for IP66 bearing protection. Additional features include regreasable open bearings, epoxy-coated rotor, and a 1.15 service factor on sine wave and 1.0 on inverter power. It supports 20:1 variable torque and 5:1 constant torque on inverter power, precision balance, and has a 5-year warranty. The motor also meets or exceeds IEEE 841 Standard 2009 and includes various conversion kits and provisions for enhanced versatility and durability.
