Current Monitoring Relays
Current monitoring relays prevent issues due to overcurrent or undercurrent. If an overcurrent or undercurrent occurs within an application, the current monitoring relay will activate, signaling an alarm or switch off the flow of energy through the circuit.
Schneider Electric Harmony Control Relays monitor and detect abnormal operating conditions concerning current, phase, voltage, frequency, liquid level, temperature, speed and pump control. This information allows users to initiate the necessary corrective actions before serious breakdowns occur. Settings can be configured digitally using the Zelio NFC App. Monitoring parameters can be set precisely to the desired value and time delay can be set to minutes, seconds or milliseconds.
Phoenix Contact EMD-BL compact monitoring relays are ideal for simple monitoring tasks and are particularly suited for use in the series production of machines and systems, as well as in building installation. They monitor currents, voltages, phase sequence and temperature. The EMD monitoring relays monitor electrical and physical system parameters.
