FUSION Enclosure Accessories
FUSION G7 wall-mount enclosures are designed to house and protect electrical components in industrial environments. They provide traditional enclosure functionality with scalable internal component mounting capability using the optional internal mounting system and accessory components.
Hoffman Gland Plates are constructed of 16 gauge steel and are used with FUSION G7 enclosures. They provide removable cable entry and egress while maintaining IP/UL/CSA integrity of the enclosure.
Hoffman Panels are constructed of galvanized steel and come in full-height and half-height sizes made for the side or back of FUSION G7 enclosures. Aluminum Swing-Out Panels provide a convenient way to install instruments and controls near the front of FUSION G7 enclosures while providing access and security.

More Information About FUSION Enclosure Accessories
Hoffman Side-Mount Accessory Rails are easy to install and provide side and depth mounting capability. Horizontal Separators mount onto side-mount accessory rails to divide the FUSION G7 enclosure into separate compartments.
Hoffman Plinth Bases constructed of 16 gauge steel are installed under FUSION G7 enclosures to provide space for cables to enter from below.
Hoffman Padlocking Handles can replace the standard quarter-turn 3 mm double bit insert on FUSION G7 and CONCEPT wall-mount enclosures. Padlock Inserts fit into standard quarter-turn latches and replace the standard 3 mm double-bit insert when padlocking security is necessary.
Industrial Enclosure Accessories and Modifications
Common modifications or accessories that are used to enhance electrical cabinets.
Lighting kits. Lighting kits are often used in outdoor applications. There are many different styles of lighting kits that can be used, but LEDs have become the preferred lighting solution in the past several years.
Pressure switches. Pressure switches operate on a spring and react to the cabinet door opening and closing. They can be used for lights, intrusions alarms and exhaust fans.
Passive air vents. Passive air vents allow natural air circulation to flow through a cabinet providing proper ventilation.
Enclosure fans. Enclosure air fans are used when more ventilation is required. The size of the fan will depend on the size of the enclosure as well as the amount of air that needs to be circulated.
Air conditioners. Air conditioners are used when ambient air circulation is inadequate to cool the cabinet. The air conditioner size will depend on the enclosure size, ambient air temperature and heat generated within the cabinet.
Heaters. Heaters are used when a cabinet is located in areas that may be exposed to cold temperatures.
Locking mechanisms. Locking mechanisms are used to secure cabinets.
Conduit hole seals. Conduit hole seals are used on cabinets that have holes that need to be plugged after conduit has been removed.
