Dwyer AVUL-5DA1 Air Velocity Transmitter

Dwyer AVUL-5DA1 Air Velocity Transmitter is a reliable and accurate device used for measuring air velocity in various applications. It operates within a temperature range of 32 to 122°F (0 to 50°C) and offers ±(5% of reading + 0.2 m/s) or ±(3% of reading + 0.2 m/s) accuracy, depending on the model. With a quick response time of 10 seconds, this transmitter provides accurate readings for air velocities ranging from 1000 to 4000 FPM (5 to 20 m/s). It features a NEMA 4X (IP66) enclosure rating, ensuring durability in harsh conditions. The transmitter can be easily powered using either 24 VDC ±20% or 24 VAC ±20%. It offers multiple output signals, including 4 to 20 mA, 0 to 5 VDC, and 0 to 10 VDC. The device is equipped with digital push buttons for zero and span adjustments, providing ease of use. It is suitable for clean air and non-combustible, compatible gases, and can be mounted in any orientation as long as the flow direction is parallel to the sensor tip. The transmitter comes with a 5-digit LCD display as an optional feature. It has flexible electrical connections and supports BACnet MS/TP or Modbus® RTU/ASCII communication protocols.
