Description
3M 7000002305 is a refill bottle of cordless hearing protection with an attenuation rating of 33.0 decibels. Its tapered shape provides a comfortable fit, and it is electrically insulated. Made of foam, it is not banded or reusable, and comes in a regular size with a bullet shape. The roll-down insertion style is facilitated by the slow-recovery foam. This product is moisture resistant, but not metal detectable or dielectric. A dispenser is available and roll-down is required. Produced by 3M.

However, 3M makes no warranties as to the suitability of the NRR for this purpose. 3M strongly recommends personal fit testing of hearing protectors. Research suggests that users may receive less noise reduction than indicated by the attenuation label value(s) on the packaging due to variation in fit, fitting skill, and motivation of the user. Refer to applicable regulations or guidance on how to adjust attenuation label values. It is recommended that the NRR be reduced by 50% to better estimate typical protection
