Description
3M 7000002304 earplugs are a roll-down foam style of hearing protection, with an attenuation rating of 33.0 decibels. They have a tapered shape and are suitable for use in environments requiring CSA Class AL protection. These earplugs are electrically insulated but not metal detectable or moisture resistant. They are made of foam material and are not reusable or corded. The regular size earplugs have a bullet shape and insertion style. They feature slow-recovery foam and do not require a dispenser.

However, 3M makes no warranties as to the suitability of the NRR for this purpose. 3M strongly recommends personal fit testing of hearing protectors. Research suggests that users may receive less noise reduction than indicated by the attenuation label value(s) on the packaging due to variation in fit, fitting skill, and motivation of the user. Refer to applicable regulations or guidance on how to adjust attenuation label values. It is recommended that the NRR be reduced by 50% to better estimate typical protection
