Nidec ASB661 - The C-Flange Pool and Spa Motors are designed for pool and spa applications, featuring a switchless design, 6.5" frame diameter (Category "C" & "J"). These motors offer reliable performance and durability. They are equipped with a two-compartment construction and 7/16-20 UNF-2A shaft threads. With a 50°C ambient rating, they are suitable for continuous duty operation. The motors are designed with a 1081 design, Class B insulation, and an open dripproof construction. They feature a 300 series stainless steel shaft and are thermally protected for added safety. The motors have a voltage selection device for flexibility (dual voltage only). They are available in standard efficient and premium energy-efficient versions, providing options for different efficiency needs. Additionally, a PENTAIR Max-E-GLAS® & DURA*GLAS® replacement motor base is available for convenience. The motors are designed with optimized internal airflow, internal bearing cover, and three additional layers of drive/pump end bearing protection (double sealed ball bearing, lip seal, and water slinger) for protection against heat, moisture, and debris.
