The motor has an Open Drip Proof (ODP) enclosure, providing ventilation while offering some protection against dripping water. It has Class B insulation suitable for standard operating temperatures. The motor is designed to operate in a 40°C ambient temperature. It is equipped with ball bearings for smooth and efficient operation. The rotation is counter-clockwise (CCW) when facing the shaft end and is non-reversible. The motor uses a capacitor start and capacitor run for improved starting torque.
