Littelfuse HRDB623 is a versatile relay with a general purpose output load rating of 30 A for SPDT-NO at 125/240 V ac and 15 A for SPDT-NC. It can handle resistive loads of 30 A at 125/240 V ac and 20 A at 28 V dc for SPDT-NO, and 15 A at 125/240 V ac and 10 A at 28 V dc for SPDT-NC. For motor loads, it can handle 1 hp at 125 V ac and 2 hp at 240 V ac for SPDT-NO, and 1/4 hp at 125 V ac and 1 hp at 240 V ac for SPDT-NC. It has a 0.25 in. (6.35 mm) male quick connect termination type and operates at an input AC line frequency of 50/60 Hz. It can tolerate input voltage fluctuations from -20% to 10% and is highly resistant to humidity with 95% relative non-condensing capability. The Littelfuse HRDB623 has a repeat accuracy of ±0.5% or 20 ms and insulation resistance of ≥100. It maintains setpoint accuracy within ±2% for ambient temperature and operating voltage. With encapsulated circuitry, it consumes ≤4 VA of power, offers a time delay tolerance of ±5%, and has a reset time of ≤150 ms. It can withstand a dielectric breakdown of ≥2000V between terminals and mounting surface. The time delay is controlled by a microcontroller, and it has a life expectancy of 1 x 10⁵ electrical cycles and 1 x 10⁶ mechanical cycles. It has an initiate time of ≤20 ms and surge protection according to IEEE C62.41-1991 Level A standards.
