3M Scotch-Weld™ Epoxy Adhesive DP125 is a gray, flowable liquid epoxy adhesive. It is ideal for bonding composite materials, hard disk drive components, laminations, potting, sealing, and small joint assembly. With a shear strength of 3400 psi, it provides strong and durable bonds. It has a work time of 25 minutes and a full cure time of 7 days. The adhesive is flame retardant (UL94 HB) and suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications. It has a set time of 2.5 hours and a hardness of 70 Shore D. The adhesive has a viscosity range of 52,500 cps and a specific gravity of 1.26. It can withstand temperatures ranging from -55 °C to 80 °C and has a maximum operating temperature of 300 ℉. The adhesive comes in a 400 mL cartridge, providing a volume of 13.52 fl oz. It is commonly used in industries such as construction, consumer goods, electronics, metalworking, military & government, signage, specialty vehicle, transportation, and woodworking.
