3M Scotch-Weld Acrylic Adhesive DP805 is an off-white, flowable liquid adhesive available in a 48.5mL cartridge. It provides a strong shear strength of 3500 psi and has a work time of 5 minutes. The adhesive cures fully in 8-24 hours at 72°F and is suitable for metalworking, signage, specialty vehicle, and woodworking industries. It has a viscosity that is self-leveling and is flame retardant according to ASTM E662 and Boeing BSS 7239 standards. The adhesive can be used both indoors and outdoors and has a storage temperature range of 60°F - 80°F.
