3M Industrial Adhesive 4799, Black, is a 5 oz tube adhesive ideal for bonding rubber door weather seal gaskets to metal surfaces. It is suitable for use in automotive, construction, and general industrial applications, as well as in the military and government sectors. The adhesive has an open time of up to 15 minutes and a solids weight percentage of approximately 36%. It can be applied using a brush or trowel and is compatible with rubber surfaces. The adhesive is in paste form and does not have flame retardant properties.
