Eaton DT228NRK - Double-throw switches are designed for transferring power between different sources or switching between load circuits. They have a wide range of ratings from 30 to 1200 A and are horsepower rated with a maximum voltage of 600 Vac and 250 Vdc. These switches are available in both fusible and non-fusible options, with fusible switches utilizing a common set of fuses for the stacked double-throw design. They are suitable for service entrance applications and offer reliable load break and load make capabilities. The switches feature a visible double-break quick-make, quick-break rotary blade mechanism for easy operation and longer contact life. They have triple padlocking capability, deionizing arc chutes to suppress arcs, additional locking capability, and a clear line shield for protection against accidental contact. The switches also provide ample wire bending space, tangential knockouts for neat installation, and clear handle visibility.
